Few if any other farms in the area can offer a world-class dining experience, all creatively conceived and produced by a single family. Gerry and Diane Brinkman have established themselves among the best restaurateurs in Rochester, and along with their daughter Anna have created one of the most creative and well-received restaurants in the city, Atlas Eats.
The four-course meal they will prepare will highlight produce grown by their daughter Emma and son-in-law Ben from Pachamama Farm. The dinner will feature local wine pairings. What to expect:
Informal farm tour begins at 5pm. The dinner will then unfold at 5:30pm on long outdoor tables overlooking the gardens, served family style. It is a great opportunity to sample hand-crafted farm food, prepared from the morning’s harvest.
