Rochester natives Emma Brinkman and Ben Eskind started Pachamama Farm in 2013 out of a love for homegrown food.
Having honed their agricultural skills as farm apprentices in the Hudson Valley and as backyard gardeners in Rochester, they decided to take the plunge and farm for themselves when they found the perfect piece of land in Farmington, NY. This particular site has highly fertile, nutrient-rich soils, and is ideally located between Rochester and the Finger Lakes.
As avid cooks, Ben and Emma know food and take care to select an array of produce well suited for the kitchen. They love cooking the food they grow, and are determined to share their passion for the production and preparation of food with their community.
