Ben & Emma first got their hands dirty on organic farms in the Hudson Valley, bustling to serve the high demand of restaurant clients in NYC. Here they learned the fundamental practices and work ethic required to build and keep a farm growing.
Beyond their skills as farmers, they literally have a lifetime of experience in the restaurant business. The daughter of a chef and restaurateurs, Emma’s work in restaurants has spanned over a decade. She has an ingrained enthusiasm for food and a deep knowledge of cuisine, and in turn, knows how to meet the needs and specific interests of chefs.

Pachamama Farm delivers fresh produce directly to restaurants weekly. Delivery days are Wednesdays.
Pachamama Farm sits down with chefs in advance of the growing season in order to discuss their anticipated buying needs. This allows the farm to tailor its production to each restaurant’s specific interests, and facilitates more efficient farm operations.
