Our Crops

We grow a wide array of vegetable crops each season at Pachamama Farm. Being avid cooks ourselves, we understand the importance of variety in our diet. Below is a general list of crops that can be found in our fields at various times during the season.

Late June—July

Arugula, Asian Greens, Basil, Beans, Beets, Carrots, Cilantro, Chives, Garlic Scapes, Lettuces, Mustard Greens, Radishes, Salad Mix, Scallions, Summer Squash, Swiss Chard, Turnips.

August—Mid September

Basil, Beans, Beets, Carrots, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic, Kale, Lettuce, Onions, Parsley, Peppers, Summer Squash, Swiss Chard, Tomatoes.

Late September—October

Arugula, Asian Greens, Beets, Broccoli Raab, Cabbage, Carrots, Collard Greens, Fennel, Garlic, Kale, Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Onions, Parsnips, Turnips, Watermelon radishes, Winter Squash.
