Sunday September 21st arrived as predicted: grey and rainy – just what you might expect for the last day of summer in Farmington, NY. Never mind. At Pachamama Farm the barn was spotless, the tables inside were beautifully set and the chefs were busy preparing the food for the second Pachamama Farm-To-Table Dinner.
Just about the time guests started arriving for the farm tour at 3:30, the sky started to clear. Midway through the tour with the sun shining, the day still warm and only a few clouds left in the clear blue sky, the decision was made to move the tables outside. Perfect!
The setting was magical. The food and beverages were glorious. Once again by the end of the evening all the guests declared that they couldn’t wait until the next Pachamama Farm-To-Table Dinner.
